Raised in Jamaica, his culinary roots began at home and grew through years of hands-on experience across fine dining restaurants, catering events, local jerk shops, all-inclusive resorts, and international cruise lines. His journey has taken him around the world, but his mission has always remained the same: to share bold, authentic Jamaican flavors with the community. With unique cooking techniques and one-of-a-kind seasoning blends, Chef Daniel has created a menu that blends tradition with creativity.
